HOUSTON - A Celebration of Life Service was held on Thursday for the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, who passed away at the age of 74 on July 19, 2024. Congresswoman Lee is only the second person to receive the rare honor of lying in state in the Houston City Hall rotunda.
