The dua for shifa is as follows:
اللهم رب الناس أذهب البأس واشف أنت الشافي لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك شفاء لا يغادر سقما.
When we make dua, we are asking Allah SWT to grant the sick person a speedy and complete.
Dua for Shifa when visiting the sick:
أسأل الله العظيم رب العرش العظيم أن يشفيك.
